2026 Trip Details

Members and parents, please review the following details together. The itinerary below may vary by school and is subject to change at any time. Connexpedition staff will keep you updated via email if there are any changes.

Trip Itinerary

Program Check-In, Traveling, and Preparation (June 27-30)

  • Friday, June 26th at 9:00pm– Meet us at the San Francisco International Airport. Regardless of the airline you are traveling, meet next to the EVA Air check-in counters (aisles 5 and 6) to receive instructions beforecheck-in.

    • If you are traveling with us there and back and will only have the hiking backpack as your luggage, we will need your help to check in some boxes of materials as your second check-in item.

    • Flights will leave around 1:00am on June 27th

  • Sunday, June 28th

    • 6:00am - Participants will arrive at or before 6:30am. We will have charter bus transportation from the airport to National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). Our Taiwan staff will meet everyone at the airport.

    • 8:00am - Commuters and those flying in that morning will all meet at the NTNU.

    • 9:00am - Orientation & settling into rooms.

  • Sunday - Monday, June 28 - 29th - Members will prepare for classes.

  • Tuesday, June 30th - Members will travel to their assigned schools by charter bus.

Week 1 of English Lessons (July 1-3)

  • Classes (W-F) from 9:00am - 4:30pm

  • Continued preparation in the afternoon and evening.

Weekend 1 (July 4-5)

  • Team will explore New Taipei City & Taipei City.

Week 2 of English Lessons (July 6-9)

  • Classes (M-Th) from 9:00am - 4:30pm

  • Continued preparation in the afternoon and evening.

New Taipei City BBnA Conference (Friday, July 10)

  • All students and volunteers gather to present and review the outcomes of the program

Final Day (Saturday, July 11)

  • Morning: Clean & pack up

  • 10:00am - Teams will go on a day trip around New Taipei City and Taipei. Members and staff will have a closing celebration dinner before checkout.

  • 7:30pm - Checkout at dinner location in Banqiao (晶宴會館-府中館).

    • Members remaining in Taiwan will need to be picked up by parents or family members at the dinner location:

      • 22063, Taiwan, New Taipei City, Banqiao District, Jingxing Village, Section 1, Zhongshan Rd, 46號7-9樓

    • Participants returning to the US will have arranged transportation and supervision to the airport.

    • If a member needs to check out early or has other circumstances, please let us know ASAP.
